If we fail to set you up in this program, we'll reduce our real estate fee by $25 at closing.

This will allow you to receive the new listing details as soon as they're posted in the MLS, review the information and schedule an appointment to see the property as soon as you can. During your home buying transaction, when you call us between 9:00am - 5:00pm EST on Monday - Friday at 513-615-1890, we'll do everything possible to respond to your call right away, but no later than the end of the same day OR we'll reduce our real estate fee by $25 at closing.
