Dan has been a
life-long resident of Cincinnati. He is a 1979
graduate of Princeton High School and attended
Miami University before serving in the U.S. Army
for 4 years as a Russian linguist in its
Military Intelligence unit.
Dan
has been happily married to his high school
sweetheart, Amy, since 1986 and they have two
children: a son, Bryan and a daughter,
Amanda. Dan is an avid golfer, loves to
travel and cherishes his family time.
Dan has been a
licensed real estate professional in Ohio since
1985. In March of 2000, Dan was honored to
receive the prestigious RE/MAX International's
Hall Of Fame Award. He currently holds the
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate
Realtors Institute (GRI) and NAR's Internet
Certified Expert (e-Pro) designations.
Dan works with
buyers and sellers throughout the greater
Cincinnati area, specializing in existing
single-family homes, condominiums and new home
building. He has worked with clients in diverse
price ranges from $50,000 to $1,400,000. Dan has
served on several committees at the Cincinnati
Area Board of Realtors. Dan's professional
standards and ethics are well-known in the real
estate community as people know Dan will do
whatever it takes to solve a problem or take a
task from start to finish.
