At the conclusion, we'll both decide if we want to work with each other during this important process.

2. We'll help you get pre-approved for your home mortgage, if necessary, by scheduling a preliminary phone consultation with a reputable mortgage consultant. Once that's completed, they will design your Personalized Mortgage Plan, which will show you different mortgage options (and the closing costs & out-of-pocket expenses associated with them) to help you determine which mortgage plan is best for your situation.

3. We'll automatically e-mail you daily updates of new listings that come on the market matching your home search criteria. With this information, you can select the properties you like and decide if you want us to quickly arrange a private viewing to see the inside before others have a chance.  For the properties you want to see, we'll include the pertinent details of the property's available records and disclosures.

4. We'll check multiple sources of properties that are available by owner, new homes, private sales, and other unlisted properties that we have access to. We can show you any listed property by another real estate company as well as builders' market homes, handyman specials and bank-owned properties.

5. We'll use our 20+ years of experience and knowledge to help you get the best price and terms possible. We'll discuss strategies with you regarding your offer price, financing terms, inspection issues, possession & closing dates, etc. We'll help prepare your offer, present it on your behalf and then negotiate in your best interest.

6. We'll continue to serve your real estate needs after you have an accepted offer with the seller. We can make recommendations on professional home inspectors, termite inspectors, radon testers, insurance agents, contractors, etc. During this period, you'll have a lot of questions.  We'll be there to answer them. We understand that communication during the transaction is very important towards having a smooth transition.

7. As your closing date approaches, we help you handle the countless details involved, i.e. switching of utilities, final walk-through, review of closing documents, etc. It's our goal to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free settlement...your celebration day.
