When my wife and I started talking about buying our first home, I saw an ad for a "free" home buying seminar. Since I didn't know anything at all about buying a house, I decided to go. I admit that I was a little apprehensive at first. For one thing it said "free" and second I figured that whoever was conducting this seminar would try to take advantage of me once they figured out that I didn't know a thing about buying a house. So I put up my guard and went. As soon as I walked in and met Dan for the first time, I just felt welcome. You know how some people you meet, you get a good feeling about? Dan is that type of person.
